About Daisy White
Daisy White / D.E. White is an Amazon bestselling author of cosy crime, crime thrillers and psychological thrillers.
She started writing on the back of napkins when flying as cabin crew. After a variety of other jobs, including working as a 999 call handler for the ambulance service, in A&E as a healthcare assistant, and in a supermarket, she finally began writing full time in 2017.
After initially self-publishing, and learning a whole lot about the publishing industry, her first cosy crime series, The Ruby Baker Mysteries (Joffe Books), was published in 2017/8. This was followed by two psychological thrillers, Remember Me, and, The Forgotten Child (HarperCollins) in 2019.
Daisy’s latest crime thriller, Glass Dolls (Joffe Books) became an instant Amazon bestseller, and Daisy’s latest crime thriller series, featuring police source handler Detective Dove Milson (Joffe Books) became instant bestsellers.
A tropical cosy mystery series set in Bermuda, The Chloe Canton Mysteries (Bloodhound Books) means Daisy is currently writing two different series.
As well as writing, Daisy has teamed up with author friend, Lisa Brace, to run Sussex Writing Retreats. After a hugely successful start in 2021, more dates are planned for 2022! Regular guest speakers include screenwriter Hayley November, TV Executive Steve November, and BBC News correspondent Alastair Fee.
She lives on the south coast of the UK, with her husband, children and a flock of rescued chickens.
Daisy is represented by Kate Nash at The Kate Nash Literary Agency.
